A confidentiality threshold is the minimum number of responses needed to show a segment in the widget data portion of the analytics. If the anonymity threshold is not met, the user will not be able to see the data and an explanation will be displayed. The same applies to exporting reports.
Go to: Workforce » Select Survey » Click on settings.
Define the threshold of responses, Save Once the settings is saved, log in to analytics portal to check the results under widgets data. The user will see confidentiality icon and on hover notification - There is not enough data to meet the confidentiality threshold.
